PLBC ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Guardians are returning to PLBC tonight at 6 pm. Once again, this will be a free concert made available to our church and community!

A free-will offering for church projects will be taken up the night of the concert, but admission is free. 

Hello Church Family,

Our annual Fall Work Day is coming up tomorrow Saturday, November 8th, from 9 AM - 12 PM! We have a variety of indoor and outdoor projects to tackle as we prepare our facilities for winter and could use some help.

If you’d like to help, please contact us so we can plan accordingly—and make sure there’s enough food for everyone at lunch!

A few pieces of equipment would be especially helpful to have on hand:

• Chainsaws

• Leaf blowers (backpack or handheld)

If you’re able to bring and operate any of these items, please let us know.

On Sunday, we'll be heading back to our study on The Healthy Church in the Letter of Titus. 

Text: Titus 1:5-9

Big Idea: We must see God’s design for the church in placing elders to teach and lead in advancing the gospel of Christ.

Dear Church Family,

As we look ahead to the Christmas season, we want to take this opportunity to bless our missionaries in a special way. Each year, we collect a Missionary Christmas Gift to express our love and appreciation for their faithful ministry.

If you would like to participate, you can give toward the Missionary Christmas Gift anytime between now and the first week of November. Your generosity will go directly to encouraging our missionaries and helping them meet needs during the Christmas season.

To give, simply designate your gift as “Missionary Christmas Gift” when giving online or on your offering envelope.

The Christmas season is just around the corner, and we are excited to celebrate together! Throughout December, we have several special gatherings planned for our church family—and they’re also wonderful opportunities to invite your friends, family, and neighbors to join us.

Service invitations are available on the counter in the church lobby. Please feel free to take those for your own families or to share with others you'd like to invite.

If you’re in college, recently graduated, newly married, or still consider yourself a young adult, we encourage you to join us as we seek to contribute to the growth of the church and grow in the maturity of the faith. Please contact Jake Kirkwood with any questions.

Ladies and teen girls are invited to our annual Women's Christmas Fellowship on December 7th from 2-4 pm. This year, Abby Rogers will be sharing her testimony and will be presenting the Gospel. We would love for you to invite others to join us for this time of fellowship.

We praise God for His provision through your generosity. 

This week, general giving was $10,004.50. In addition, $100.00 was given towards General Mission, $150.05 towards the Deacon's Fund, $100.00 towards Property Improvements, and $1,355.00.00 towards the Missionary Christmas Gift. 

Our average giving this year has been $9,875.77 and our weekly need is $10,446.00

Prior Lake Christian Academy is seeking to raise around 30K to replace the old playground set due to age and safety. Please pray for provision and if you are interested in giving, you can give online at PLBC.church/give - designated, "playground equiptment".
